Team line up for Tour of the South
Since the early days we have supported local riders who wanted to race. The race team has never been elitist, more a collection of like minded enthusiasts who wanted to take part and enjoy the various aspects of the sport. The taking part has been more important than winning at all costs. However our riders have had their successes including MTB XC National Championships (Richard Schofield) and medals (Ross Adams, and Rob Spragg).
We will also be supporting professional triathlete Vicky Holland throughout 2010. We have lent her a very nice Trek Madone 5.2 and helped out with some other equipment as well as moral support. Vicky finished 4th at the U23 World Championships last year and will be competing at the Senior World Cup Series this year, as well as numerous other national and international events. With her new Madone road bike, she’ll be unstoppable this year. Welcome aboard Vicky.
